The Recovent Hi-Temp series of plate heat
exchangers are specifically designed for waste heat recovery
or process cooling and heating from such areas as thermal
incinerators, catalytic oxidisers, dryers, ovens and flue
gases from boilers and steam raising plant. Air pollution
control equipment such as fume condensors and scrubbers, bag
filters and electrostatic precipitators can all benefit by
using these very versatile heat exchangers too! They are both
economic and space saving compared to shell and tube types.
Construction:-
Standard type has Gr.316Ti stainless steel heat transfer
blocks fitted into a flanged steel housing using replaceable
expansion seals.
Special type GD is available built entirely of Gr.316Ti stainless
steel and is fully plasma-welded.
